My Most Important Habit For Boosted Outcome, Health and Creativity Every Day
How I managed to get up at 4 am
For the past two years or so, I’ve been getting up at 4am every morning. Without fail.
Ok, it’s happened an estimated seven times in those two years that I’ve been too tired and gone back to sleep. Most of the time I regretted it. Ninety-nine percent of the time, I’ve stuck to my new get-up time.
This routine not only lets me be more productive, but more importantly, more balanced. Benjamin Franklin once said: “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise”.
How did I manage to get up so early? I’ll tell you about that and the positive effects of it today.
